For in-stock carpets, returns may be considered within 10 days of delivery if the item is in pristine, original condition (unused, unaltered, with all tags attached). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and full insurance coverage (at the item’s purchase value). Refunds exclude original shipping fees and applicable duties. The buyer assumes all costs and risks of return shipping, including full insurance coverage at the item’s purchase value. Claims for damage or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by timestamped photographic evidence for insurance reasons.

These terms govern your use of Moghadam’s services. All carpets and descriptions are property of Moghadam Collection until full payment is received. Prices may change without notice. While we provide condition reports and authenticity guarantees, clients are encouraged to inspect items personally in our Monaco (MC) atelier. Lead times vary for restoration (typically 8-12 weeks). We reserve the right to refuse service. Disputes shall be governed by Monegasque law.

Shipping Policy

Moghadam Collection ships worldwide via accredited fine art handlers, with all parcels departing from our Monaco (MC) office. Clients receive a custom shipping quote post-purchase, calculated by size, value (typically €200–€1,000), and destination. Insurance covers the full purchase price. The delivery handling service employed can vary according to geographic location.
Clients benefit from free shipping for orders above €10 000.

The client is expected to provide accurate delivery addresses, and inspect goods immediately upon receipt (Duty to examine).

Furthermore:

  • The buyer is responsible for all import fees.
  • We provide pro-forma invoices to streamline clearance.
  • Late shipments trigger carrier investigation (Presumed loss after 90 days).
  • Delays due to customs inspections, natural events, or force majeure do not constitute breaches of contract.
  • Remote areas may incur surcharges.
  • Carriers must provide GPS tracking and monthly status updates during investigations.
  • We notify clients of any delays within 7 days of being informed by the carrier.
